At Airpacks we design, manufacture and deliver practical insulation solutions around a suite of high quality Expanded Polystyrene (EPS) products. Our 25,000 sq/ft state of the art facility is based in Kilnaleck, Co. Cavan since 1997. Today Airpacks Ltd is a leading manufacturer of EPS products for the Irish and UK markets. This site is dedicated to Airpacks Ltd's KORE product range, which is our exclusive insulating product range.

The KORE product range, coupled with a nationwide installer network, offers customers a one stop shop solution to their insulation requirements. All of our insulation products are fully Irish Agrement Board Approved.

Our friendly, knowledgeable and experienced sales and technical staff are alwasy on hand to provide design consultancy and technical support to suit every budget.

Typical applications of the KORE ICF System include footings, retaining walls, basements, external walls and load bearing walls. KOREFill is pumped directly into the cavity wall using specilised pumping equipment.
